Scott Soltis is an Assistant Professor at the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business. His research advances human resource management by applying social network theory and methods.
He is recognized for influential scholarship that integrates networks and HRM in ways that have advanced the field empirically, theoretically, and practically, as well as for sustained community leadership— including helping lead the Human Resource Management special issue on “Relational Perspectives on Human Resource Management,” teaching for many years in the University of Kentucky LINKS workshop, and building a network analytics concentration at the University of Kentucky.
