Madeline Kneeland is Assistant Professor of Strategy at Babson College. Her research spans strategy and organizational theory, with a focus on social networks, network dynamics, and innovation.
Madeline Kneeland received the Junior Scholar Award in recognition of the breadth, rigor, and impact of her work on networks and organizational dynamics. Since completing her PhD in 2019, she has produced influential research that bridges perspectives on how networks evolve and how organizations can intentionally reshape them. Her recent Strategic Management Journal article on corporate offsites as a tool to rewire organizational networks—also featured in an accompanying Harvard Business Review piece—exemplifies this combination of methodological rigor and practical relevance.
